Hi everyone and welcome to my Healthy and Beautiful You website. Living a healthy lifestyle, looking and feeling good has been my passion ever since I was 30 years old and over the years I have tried different diets and beauty products to help me achieve my desired results when it comes to health and beauty.

Being a Banker, with limited time to have proper meals and go to the gym, I was oftentimes looking for ways to help me look and feel good about myself. I ate unhealthy meals and had minimal time to undertake any form of exercises which resulted to health issues.

I now wish to take time and encourage others who have been on the same journey.

Over the years, I have learnt a lot about maintaining a healthy lifestyle which results in one being holistically beautiful and I wish to provide insights into areas like healthy foods, juices, diets and beauty products that can lead you to live the life you want.

A Little About My Journey

When growing up, I was always warned that when one hits 30 years, it would get much more difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle as this is the time when there are pressures from family responsibilities and career advancement agendas hence no time for self and a high likelihood of being unhealthy.

The same happened to me after my 30th birthday. My annual medical checkup revealed I was living an unhealthy lifestyle which had led to high cholesterol levels and obesity.

I decided to take control of my life by changing my eating habits and also create time to hit the gym and within 2 months there were visible results which were worth celebrating!

Yes, a healthy lifestyle can be achieved through total commitment and the right attitude.

A Positive Attitude Towards a Healthy Lifestyle and A Beautiful Body

It is no longer just about ‘no fat diets’ or ‘protein only diets’ but a positive attitude towards changes that you need to make in life to achieve your goals in looking and feeling fab!

Most of the content that I am going to be discussing is going to be centered around improving your health and beauty routines and the need to be fully committed and having the right attitude to achieve the desired results.

A Stitch in time saves nine……..

It is never too late to make a decision to change your unhealthy lifestyle habits whether you are 30 years, 40 years or even 50 years old. Make that decision today and you will not regret. A lot can be achieved in a very short time with the right motivation, right attitude, right eating habits and right beauty habits.
